Thanks for visiting the Drop Top Lincoln website!

Drop Top Lincoln is not a country band, but rather country boys that rock. The DTL sound is a mixture of many of the band’s influences. With roots tangled in with blues legends like Buddy Guy and Muddy Waters, and the pulse of the Rolling Stones; the band began exploring the emergence of the red dirt country sound. One of the bands major songwriting influences, Ray Wylie Hubbard, may have coined a phrase that best describes the DTL sound: “Grit and Grind”.
Drop Top Lincoln writes songs about America from the point of view of a blue collar guy with a drinking problem, anger issues, and a broken down car.
